Data Deletion

MINICMO is operated by Mánahöll ehf. (company registration number / kennitala 510523-1050, Iceland). This page explains how to have your personal data deleted from MINICMO — including any data we received from Facebook or Instagram when you connected those services.

Delete your entire MINICMO account

1. Sign in at app.minicmo.io
2. Open Account (your avatar in the top-right)
3. Choose Delete account and confirm

This permanently deletes your account and, if you are the sole owner, your organization's data — including all connected-service data. Deletion is completed within 30 days. Records we are legally required to keep (such as billing records) are retained only as long as the law requires.

Delete data from a Facebook or Instagram connection

If you connected an Instagram account or a Meta ad account to your organization, we store the account identifiers, encrypted access tokens, and (for Instagram) cached media used to display your feed on your website, as described in our Privacy Policy.

To delete this data without deleting your whole account:

1. Sign in at app.minicmo.io
2. Instagram: open Website Builder → Settings → Integrations and disconnect Instagram
3. Meta Ads: open Marketing Analytics connection settings and disconnect the Meta ad account
4. Disconnecting removes the stored tokens and stops all further data collection; cached media is removed with it

You can also remove MINICMO's access from the Facebook side at any time: in Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and Websites), find MINICMO, and remove it. If you remove the app on Facebook or send a deletion request through Facebook, we process it and delete the associated data within 30 days.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, or you want specific data deleted (for example, data about you held in a MINICMO customer's account where MINICMO acts as a processor), email us:

Please include the email address associated with the data. We confirm and complete deletion requests within 30 days.

Deletion request status

If you arrived here from Facebook with a confirmation code after removing the MINICMO app, your deletion request has been received and will be completed within 30 days. Questions about the status of a request: help@minicmo.io, quoting your confirmation code.
